A new take on the cap that started it all.
Our Spellout Ballcap is the design that put Someday Fabrications on the map. Inspired by vintage American baseball caps, it pairs our signature mid-depth fit with a shortened brim and premium pinstripe wool blend fabrication for an everyday cap that only gets better with wear.
The front features our iconic felt "SOMEDAY" lettering, individually applied for a classic collegiate look with texture and depth. Around the back, a brown calf leather strap and silver hardware provide an elevated finish. The fused front panel provides an unstructured look, offering flexibility in shape & styling for the wearer.

FAQs
Is the Spellout Ballcap structured?
No, all of our caps are unstructured, giving the wearer maximum flexibility with shaping & stlying to their head. A fused front panel helps it keep its shape while the rest of the cap remains soft and comfortable.
What material is it made from?
The cap is constructed from a premium wool blend with felt applique lettering and a faux crocodile leather backstrap.
How does it fit?
It uses our signature mid-depth crown with an adjustable backstrap to fit approximately 53–63cm head circumferences.
Can I reshape the brim?
Absolutely. The brim arrives with a subtle curve but can be shaped further to suit your preference.
Why is the brim shorter?
Our signature 6.5cm brim offers a more balanced vintage silhouette than a traditional baseball cap while remaining practical for everyday wear.

We've set out to create headwear styles that suit all head shapes & preferences:
Truckers / Ballcaps / Fused 5-Panel Caps
- Each cap measures approximately 58cm before adjustment, which is around the average adult head size.
- They are adjustable to approximately 53–63cm head circumference.
- Mid-depth, unstructured crown - so you can shape how you like it.
- Signature 6.5cm short brim for a more balanced, well-proportioned silhouette.
- All of our fused 5-panel caps share the same cutting pattern and fit. Minor variations may occur between styles due to differences in fabric weight and thickness.
- Our caps feature our signature shortened brim with a mostly flat, subtle pre-curve that can be shaped further to suit your preference & face width. You can bend a flat brim, but you cant unbend a curved brim!

- Lower crown profile

- Best suited to those who prefer a classic "dad cap" fit or have smaller head sizes.
Knitted Beanies
Our knitted cotton beanies are designed around a 57 cm head circumference. Thanks to the natural stretch of the cotton knit, they'll comfortably fit a similar size range to our caps.
