The Hickory Trucker Cap is our take on the classic American trucker hat. Fabricated from a washed 100% hickory stripe cotton with a breathable mesh back, it's like a gem you'd find in the depths of a vintage store.
Finished in our signature short brim, unstructured mid-crown fit, it's designed to feel broken-in from day one, further softening & developing patina with wear.

Why Hickory Cotton?
Originally worn by American railroad workers throughout the early 1900s, hickory stripe fabric became known for its durability and unmistakable character. Usually at home on outerwear or legwear pieces, We've paired this heritage workwear fabric with our favourite trucker silhouette to create a cap that pays homage to the past.
Materials & Construction
The front panels are crafted from a premium 100% cotton hickory stripe fabric and paired with lightweight mesh rear panels for all-day breathability. Finished with a durable snapback closure, the cap offers a comfortable, adjustable fit.

Care & Shaping Guide
Spot clean only using a damp cloth.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this may affect the shape and longevity of the cap.
How do I shape it perfectly?
Flip the hat bottom up, with the brim towards you
Grab the corners of the brim where they meet the headband
Pinch the 2 corners together & hold for 15 seconds
Try it on, repeat until the desired fit is achieved
If you’re feeling extra spicy, a steamer can be used to soften the brim before shaping, allowing you to bend to your heart’s content (be careful using hot steam).
For the intended fit, you want the corners of the brim snug on your temples, avoiding any unsightly gaps & achieving a lovely downwards-pointing silhouette.

- Each cap measures approximately 58cm before adjustment, which is around the average adult head size.
- They are adjustable to approximately 53–63cm head circumference.
- Mid-depth, unstructured crown - so you can shape how you like it.
- Signature 6.5cm short brim for a more balanced, well-proportioned silhouette.
- All of our fused 5-panel caps share the same cutting pattern and fit. Minor variations may occur between styles due to differences in fabric weight and thickness.
- Our caps feature our signature shortened brim with a mostly flat, subtle pre-curve that can be shaped further to suit your preference & face width. You can bend a flat brim, but you cant unbend a curved brim!
- You'll receive a printed shaping guide with your hat purchase.

Knitted Beanies
Our knitted cotton beanies are designed around a 57 cm head circumference. Thanks to the natural stretch of the cotton knit, they'll comfortably fit a similar size range to our caps.
